Hatha Yoga.


Hatha Yoga is an umbrella term to describe any kind of physical yoga practice.

Students are taken through a slow but progressive series of traditional postures (asanas) that systematically improve flexibility and strength while relieving chronic muscular tension due to stress. Hatha prepares the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

You learn the experience of:

  • Safe and correct alignment of the postures

  • Pranayama breathing techniques

  • Using props such as blocks, belts, and the wall to support the practice
